- Call Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, to acquire a return authorization number for an Exchange and or Return, or you may email us at info@formalwear-outlet.com. This number must be written on the outside of your return package in order to be received at our warehouse.
- Exchange Orders are shipped at no addtional cost to the Customer only if original item has been received back to us here at Formalwear-Outlet. Exchange Merchandise will be put on hold until Original items have been received by our Warehouse.
- All returns for Credit or Refund are subject to a restocking fee of 15%
- Garments must be returned within 15 days of the original shipment, in new condition; unworn, unaltered with the original tags in place, and in the original packaging.
- Clearence Items are non Refundable "All Sales Final".
- Returns received after 15 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Orders cancelled after 5 business days (ITEMS ORDERED, NOT RECEIVED) will incur a 15% handling charge.
- We do not issue credit for shipping charges.
