I had a wonderful shopping experience with formalwear-outlet. The selection available in tall lengths was vast and the prices could not be beat by major department stores or specialty shops with the same types of clothing. The absolute BEST part of the shopping experience was the customer service. This company responds to email questions and comments as soon as they receive them and the customer service department offers suggestions and options to make the customers requests a reality. I received a reply to my questions the day after I ordered the dresses. I will shop at this store for as long as they remain in business. They have treated my order as if it were their own and have supplied the necessary information needed so I can have my merchandise made-to-order, shipped directly to me, and have easy access to their customer service department via phone or email. I cannot tell you how pleased we all are with these dresses. Several of the bridesmaids in my daughter's wedding on Aug 30, 2003, have been in several other weddings this summer. To alleviate their financial bind, I bought the gowns for the girls but the prices on these were so reasonable that it wasn't a financial strain on me to buy 5 gowns. They arrived in a timely fashion and while they are sized a little big, after alterations, they look beautiful on the girls. What a great way to celebrate without financial strain on the girls. Our daughter is a Penguin and Steeler fan, so her colors are black and gold. I was concerned about black gowns for the girls, but they are very elegant and their appreciation gifts to be given at the rehearsal dinner are gold necklaces with cubic zirconias that fall right on the neckline.
